Sometimes it is best to be in solitude,
To separate from the crowd,
So no one will intrude,
As you mumble tales alone aloud,
pacing back and forth
circles and circle all around
my brain won’t stop
time to mask
which brave face to put on this time
the stories fortold what happens next
digging deeper in the ground
til she’s alone with nothing around
