Do I keep waiting?
Is it nothing?
Just a simple emotion,
Floating on waters of despondency?

Having no future of settling?
Do you feel the same way I do?
Do you think the way I think?
Do you search the way I do?

Am I just another fleeting bird?
With no place to perch?
Do you ever wonder about us?
The moments we shared?

The smiles and laughter?
The jokes and playful banters?
The heartfelt moments?
I guess it was just a hoax.
