Nepotism is a plant with its roots in every industry,
It keeps growing and thriving owing to the people who constantly water it,
And nourish it with constant attention,
Destroying it is impossible, hence we should isolate it,
So that it's existence does not hinder other's rights,
Or blanket the deserving from attaining success,
Which is their well deserved right.
