Because I am the same species,
I'm considered the same;
but we all know that is not the only truth that we can live by.
Because I am the same gender,
I am handled by the responses of other that came before me;
and my way altered,
my path became misled,
my perspective was tainted,
and my vision by this all had corruption pass what I saw;
then He came into my life.
The Lord of the end to all struggles and strife,
the Spirit of the Love of Life;
Who has changed my hope to a pure hope,
which conducts everything different, now.
Jesus is His name, and He died to take the place of all that went wrong.
And all the years I spent not seeing this way,
of a new life that begins anew everyday;
I know in the end, I will stand before Him,
Who is my eternal reward. Blessings,
