I want to say I'm ok now, I don't want you to be afraid for me anymore, I want to know that you are smiling brightly even when you're alone because you know you are loved.

I want you feel joy without the the tinge of sadness that seems always behind your eyes ready to swallow the flame fighting for oxygen to sustain itself....

Leaving my heart behind forever bound to yours in the absence of it's owner hoping it'd consume the tears and memories in your head so you can forget the pain, maybe someday you'll let it help you let me go.

Even if just a vague spectre in your mind that you forget, then as now beyond the reach of time or matter in a place just for you lives a love in it's primordial state consumed in adoration to you, a being that never demanded it but nurtured it even without concern for what that meant for you.

What I wish I could say to you is I want to turn and run back to that place,that time and hold on to your hand and seal us away from everything else, I want to go back to that home we built and cared for with our hands and forget everything before ...

Prisoners of time can only dream and chase the horizon hoping to outpace those set against our meeting.
