Walking past down the street
Moving fast saw some strangers greet
night got darker, memories sufficed
got no cab, had to walk by choice
Star twinkled when the moon shined
Everything seemed surreal around
Colder breezes, wind seemed soft
Was holding my phone
Suddenly a notification popped
Stood by the lampost saw that message
Standing in astonishment somehow i managed
A gush of emotions, memories rolled
Problems seemed the same still unsolved
Wondering around i kept looking at the stars
Past kept me pulling as if in a marsh
Remembering the days i kept trying
Communications missing, everyone kept lying
Humble my heart didn't knew much
Wasn't expecting anything as such few words of convo just realities to touch
Calls,texts were unanswered
Were you so numb as if nothing got transferred
Standing in dilemma, obsessed with doubts
Chaostic the night, went all quite
looking down as if i was standing in a spotlight
Short on decisions i had to make a choice
