WORDSMITH
Chains and tides may come,
Unbeknownst to when and where
Settling wailed senses
lost in shimmering seas,
waving wild of prime free
Willed broken spirit held in time from which breath took,
surely it’s not the entirety of me,
But skies sheen glares
upon which skies shine
I beg you, my love,
please spare this oppressed heart
of mine
Graceful cloth,
knit hope and peacefully twine
Together we bleed life smearing poems book,
Of every curtain opening every blind
Oh God embrace all these pieces compromised,
And release the shackled verse
To poetically unbind
