COME, WALK INTO MY HEART

Winter haze has dropped a curtain
Over Earth's face,
Slowly it gets lifted up,
A new day dawns at the horizon,
Sun kissed mountains blush in multiple hues,
Through my window I can see the fields
Covered with frost,
Looks pale and dry,
Is that you standing under the oak tree in my garden?
I was waiting to hear your footsteps
The entire night,
What took you so long?
Come,walk into my heart,
Touch my soul ,
My imagination is a palette of colours,
Use it to paint my dreams,
Let there be a blue stream
Flowing through the vales of love,
I'll rise and fall on its rapid waves,
We can have laughter and joy for company,
My woes can wait for a while,
We'll sing the winter song,
Erase all that's gone wrong,
What are you waiting for?
Come,walk into my heart.
