I am proud to be a marine,
proud to be the person who protects the people who cannot protect themselves,
proud to be the person who faces fear everday
proud to be a person who can give back to the community
proud to be a person who can say I'm scared but let's go for it
proud to be the person who can say it scared me everyday
proud to be the person who is never scared of there fate
I am a marine,
we are not fearless but we look fear in the face
we are not killers but trying to make the world a better place
we are not broken but we are working on what we see everyday
we have courage, self respect and self discipline
And thats what makes a marine great
