He met me on the Christmas eve ,
With eyes full of hopes and life full of dreams .
He Kept on joking and made me smile,
I kept on blushin all the while .
In an instant he had my heart with the flow,
I somewhere wanted him to stay and not to go.
I kept it calm but the hopes were high,
As I didn’t wanted to say him a goodbye.
We were drunk and I confessed everything ,
Had a fear of him leaving.
He kept staring with those red eyes,
Our eyes went dim and he responded it to be a lie.
I explained it to be true ,
He went away from me and I had no clue.
I wanted him to believe,
Where are you going? please don’t leave .
I knew it was coming but not now,
I’m a bad person ? please tell me how.
I’ll change myself as you want and I began to cry,
He said this is called as a perfect lie !
