Write a poem focusing on a single memory, or describe what you might imagine the typical grandmother’s kitchen to be like.


Grandma's mastery in cooking,
Kept me finger licking .
Shelves with different spices,
Gave us the food of paradises .
Variety of stuffed foods approves,
Nobody could win those moves.
All those late evening snacks,
Blended with old jokes and cracks.
Aesthetic traditional equipments,
And flavours gave fulfillments.
From soft idli ,vadas
Till night's tasty parathas
Festivals with gulab jamun,
Poojas with kheer,
Happiness with ladoo,
And for guests it's samosa,
With a glass of rooh afsa.
Everything still seems perfect ,
Every time I recollect.
She remains as queen of our hearts,
Addictive was her culinary arts.
