in the darkness alike I was ready for a fight
in silence my mind lingered
my heart drifted to the depths
I stayed positive and hopefull if not rescue comes I’ll pull myself out despite
my heart shined through stone walls now cracked it lead the way
in hope come light to defeat deaths decay
believe first then achieve
hope knocked on my door it calls to me.
