Lost in my chaotic mind I loose myself

Each thought and memory trapped in a never ending loop

As I sink further and further into my self made abyss

Every doubt and worry quickly becomes more weight dragging me even deeper

Unable to escape and break free from my own darkness

Lost in my own chaos a moment of weakness takes over me

In that moment giving up is my only option

As I began to let go and embrace the darkness

I remember something very important
