I remember the way you swing your hand while walking,
That half smile on your face while talking.
I had a sprain yet I was third in the game,
'Cuz I heard you cheering and calling my name.
I have never missed a chance,
taking the van's window seat for your one glance.
And one a day you vanished without a trace,
For years I kept your memories fresh.
Like the sudden summer showers,
You reappeared with your smile that blooms flowers.
I tried gathering my feelings to open up to you,
But I was too dumb to not speak thinking it would be out of the blue.
The last time we saw each other was really last,
