If I could express my emotions
if I could let it all out
I'd bury my head in a pillow
& I'd Scream- hollar,
& Shout!
theres an emptiness inside,
Its pretty hard to bare,
Its preventing me from moving
Its preventing me selfCare
I don't know where the time keeps going,
It keeps flying by so fast,
I Can't think of the future
& I'm forgetting about the past,
They Say living in the moment is the best way to be,
but im disconnected from myself
& from reality.
I don't know how to get back
but I'll figure out what to do,
Im Scared to come out the Shadows
& face whats really true,
