I didn't think it would hurt like this,
I would be worse than a world devoid of bliss,
Tears fall like rain,
Washing away the hope,
That once held me sane,
Left with shattered dreams,
My heart aches with every beat,
Each breath heavy with silent screams,
In this void of despair,
I search for a glimmer of light,
A reason to repair,
But all I find is your absence,
Makes me wonder if I'll ever recover from this,
Or if I'll be forever trapped in an abyss,
Your absence is a heavyweight,
Pulling me down into the depths of despair,
Leaving my soul in a desolate state,
Fate had it all planned, a cruel hand dealt,
Leaving me here, broken and incomplete,
Without you, I'll forever be alone,
In the darkness, lost and defeated,
Tethered to memories that cannot be deleted.
