Rolling in this bed of mine rollicking,
I sense thy invitation, you vivacious curtain flaps,
Summoning my view further,
To those ostentatious fragrant lilacs of Florence.

As I sight those incredulous impressions beyond,
I construct little eddies in bed,
With the gentle swirl and twirl of my slender legs.
Oh dear, you make me hum, with the effect of rum!

Do come you light currents from the sky,
And do place me in a cotton swing,
Where you could sway me across that meadow I see.

My oh my, do coax me to touch my toe between the clouds!
Just to drop head over heels on my blooming bed,
Wherein lilac shades converge to ornament my head.

Should my bed to frolic,
Craved my aching heart,
I would stroke it long,
Like the Gondolas of Venice.

While shaking my hair off this dizzy emotion,
I eagerly await for this fantasy of mine,
To yay...never nay!
