You see why I'm addicted to anger
If it's not me sleeping
I'm awake with no peace
And the people around me
Can't see what I do
And they're not suppose to

I'm cursed and yet I enjoy it
I know something great is near
Like a phat diamond in my ear
I know my destiny is bright

So I embrace everything
With kid like excitement
And the discipline of ancient
Traditions within spirituality
Without a specific title

I'm not of this world but in it
So I'm of this world through
My flesh and this machine
Enjoys everything wrong and right
Bright and dark
So when you hear my story
You understand one thing
Something is higher than you

Beneath you is above you
So something may haunt you
Lurking in the darkness
Blocking the exit

Being strong isn't the lies
We feed ourselves
Its knowing we are not alone
And to call upon our heritage
