When you've been running for miles
Pins and needles on the trail
Does the numb make you docile?
Still, don't give up, just prevail

Breathe in deep and calm down
Flip that frown, upside down
Bow and receive your crown
Sit on your throne and smile
Heavy duty but don't drown
Pursue all of life's trials

Persistency is the key
To be free, never flee
Face the future unforeseen
To get the stalk, plant the beans
