Pixels In My Head
Put together pieces of a puzzle
Creates a whole, a picture, an idea
Digital makes pixels
And pixels make pictures on screens
Except what about the pixels in my head?
I see every time I close my eyes,
Light and shapes dancing in darkness
Digging farther, I can see a big picture
A real Kaleidescope of imagery
But what pixels make the flashing lights I see?
It never fails to appear, every time I close my eyes
Am I going crazy?
Is this mental?
It hurts to look at, to think upon
Take away my pixels dear comrade,
And give me something else instead
