The time between dusk and dawn,
The time between night and morn,
I travel beyond places unknown,
Until I saw myself how I was born.

The time between today and tomorrow,
The time between joy and sorrow,
I travel beyond places as a scared and lonely shadow,
Until I saw myself how I was being a callow.

That time between rich and poorer,
That time between pleasure and anger,
I travel beyond places like hell's fire and amber,
Until I knew myself more that I'm no stranger.

Those times between past and future,
Those times between prevention and cure,
I travel beyond places in surprisingly unsure,
Until I finally taught myself how to be mature.

This time between evilly and goodness,
This time between vigor and weakness,
I now travel beyond places with God's lightness,
Until I finally found myself in His saving blessedness.
