All was just merely coincidence,
Mismatching the present for the past,
Believed it was related to past-life experience,
Hope that the next day wouldn't be the last.
Causal circumstances in a twist of fate,
In another lifetime in another world,
In sync like different weaves of cornrows,
Dovetailing sang melodies in squeal tones.
Clashing in tales of life and struggle,
They sat side by side unaware of fate,
Whose talons were binding cords,
In accord they bought the tickets,
As fate bore them on the wings of life.
