Poem About A Poem
How weird, I couldn’t find esoteric lexicon for it,
I thought to indite a poem, but I can’t articulate it straight, I wanted to encrypt.
Now I am unable to find ways to jot a poem,
For if I scribe it straight, I don’t know what ’twill make ’em reckon.
Though, that’s not the matter I fuss o’er,
’Tis something neither I luxuriate in, nor I abhor
Whenever betides, I see its symbolism everywhere,
Despite being nugatory to me, it makes me shed tear.
