As I opened my eyes,
And cried for the first time,
People around me had tears of joy,
A new life was born.

Was just out of my crib now
Getting all the attention and love
Mom left me at a kindergarten.
While I cried for her to come back and pick me up all day long.

As days passed,
I no longer missed home like before
Cause a lot of strangers,
Were now my friends.

When I started noticing my facial hair,
It had already grown into a little mostache,
Saw a beautiful girl passing by,
Seemed like love at first sight.

But we were not meant to be together,
We broke apart in just 5 years,
She still remained with me,
But just as a shattered peice of my heart.

I was still healing,
From wounds of first love,
When a girl promised come along,
It was time to take the wedding vows.

Our love was still brewing,
When god blessed us,
With the happiest moment of life,
Dropped two angel onto our laps.

Watching them grow up was so fascinating,
I forgot I was aging,
It was time to retire,
After tirelessly working for 25 years

Thought I would finally live in peace,
Went for a good night's sleep,
But darkness took over my eyes,
Death strangled my life.

My loved ones,
Bid me goodbye,
With memories of good time in their heart,
And tears in their eyes.

Decades passed away in darkness,
Finally saw a ray of light from afar,
But when I got there it was so bright,
That I couldn't open my eyes.

As I opened my eyes,
And cried for the first time,
People around me had tears of joy,
A new life was born.
