Why, why do I search for the unknown?
Why do I venture on my own?
Do I seek the light or to remain out of sight.
Is it companionship I seek,
from the fallen who weep?
Why do I begin to reject my path?
Must I cleanse myself with a bath?
At first I sought a friend, but now I seek the end.
What has changed my view on the world?
Why do I hide and curl?
Is it fear or something else?
A demon who cares for itself.
The time would come when I face you.
If only I were two, I could beat you!
