In the darkness of life
I struggle to find where I belong
I tried on a few things, I thought I fit in
Guess I m just a bad liar
trying to be something I thought I was
Guess nature never lies
because it all comes mocking me any way possible
where do I belong, I ask?
they say... search your inner self and the voice within
But how can I?
When
my heart wanders aimlessly
my mind seems to be settling on a boat of rocking waves
my voice seems lost in the wilderness
my dreams travels endlessly on electrical current
I can't seem to find this inner voice that whisper "peace be still"
and silence takes the reins
