Rest Not In Thoughts, Rest In The Heart!
To rest in thoughts,
Is to rest not at all cost,
For thoughts are highly volatile,
When you think you can rest in them for a while,
They are ever scattered,
And ever changing for that matter,
One can't stay put in peace for long,
For other thoughts simply throng,
One ought to learn to abide in the heart,
And not on the rickety thoughts,
For the heart is the stable base,
To truely rest sans haste,
The heart is but one's true being,
Beneath the thoughts that are ever fleeting,
To rest in it is to stay centered,
With peace and calm having rendered.
