Unexpected Triumph
My legs are shaking
I am waiting for test results
My body is trembling
Even though winter has long passed
The teacher enters the classroom
A stack of papers in her hand
My heart starts pounding
As if it will jump out of my chest
And suddenly winter turns into summer
I feel hot, like I'm about to collapse
The test is thrown in front of me
Accompanied by smiles and applause
I look at it fearfully
And then in disbelief
I passed the test
In a way I didn't expect
