Let's climb the stairway to the moon,
Then sit and view the beauty of earths' blue lagoon,
The moon will guide us as we go wander along,
With love beside us to fill the night with a song,
The stars are plentiful and bright,
Twinkling happily in the moonlight,

Higher and higher we climb,
Hopefully we can get there in time,
It's not everyday you get to see a full moon up close,
At last we have made it to our destination,
The most stunning location,
Unfortunately the sun's radiance will take over soon,
Until we meet again mesmerising moon
