I think my wings are broken
because I'm stuck here on the ground
And everytime I try to fly
I just end up further down
I don't need a shovel, the hole is real big
I start to do the right thing
But then I bring my hands to dig
I think my wings are broken
Because I can't fly for shit
I know I chose to live this way
So this is what I get right ?
I tried to trade them in but the piper wouldn't pay
So I'm stuck here on the ground
And my broken wings will stay
I think my wings are broken
I don't know what to do
But I will try, and try to fly until my face turns blue
Can you fix my broken wings please repair them quick
I wanna fly so very high
My stomach hurts I'm sick
Now I hope there is a place for me up in Heaven when I die
And may God will fix my broken wings and let me fly
