I thought I was human like my parents, but after seven years of my struggles to understand the ways of human sociaty, I found out a secret that lives in me. I found out when I kept getting too angry, that I didn't get angry like normal people. One day my parents made me quite mad because they told me that I was not like them and they hated me for it unless I change, and that was when I felt more than just anger erupting from me. I ran outside and into the nearby forest that was behind my neighborhood, and I let my anger show me what I really was for the first time. I was a monster, a monster that I never heard out of stories but one that could be in your worst nightmare. My clothes tore off as I grew several feet taller and my skin turned into large black scales that shined an irredscent color in the light. I then had four large dragon-like wings that erupted painfully from my back, four large golden horns, a long snout that had two sets of long golden teeth, four red glowing eyes, six legs so that I could walk on my hind legs or all six, white talon-like long claws, my hair turned from dark blond to a long black mane that went from the back of my head to the top of my three long tails that had alien swords on their ends, five guills on each side of my now long neck, and a large amulet on my forehead. I felt more than one heart beating in my now large and muscled body. I could rotate my long four ears and heard sounds for miles. My sight improved drasticly so that I could see things that no other person could. But it wasn't my body but a monster's. It was then a struggle to control our body, we didn't understand each other at first. After convicing the creature to not risk being seen, it allowed me to change back to normal, but indeed, I am not normal. The creature speaks through me when it needs to talk, though it sometimes speaks a forieghn language so I can't understand what it says. After we learned to trust each other, the creature told me who and what it was, she is an Anamorphis, an alien species and her name is Alphonis, but she didn't tell me how we became one even when I asked. I kept her identity from everyone including my family. And I worked on controlling my anger enough to not unleash my horrifying side and have who knows what happen. I can't and will never be completely normal but I can't let anyone see just how different I am. Later in life I decided to change my name into her name and my last name, Alphonis Kafel.
