If you would love me I would stay, but your words and actions push me away.
The way you talk and look at me, shows that love is not what you see. I wanted to be a burden no more, so I made up my mind to leave this shore, to find a place where love is true, where I am valued and respected too. Maybe someday you'll understand, that love is more than just holding hands, it's about how you treat the one you love, with kindness, respect, and grace from above.
So for now, I'll say goodbye, and spread my wings to soar up high.
I'll find the love that's meant for me, and leave behind the one that couldn't see.
