Poem from me

Cheers to the person who gave life to me,
You are the first teacher of my life,
Your voice echoes in my mind,
Like a favourite song of mine.
Cheers to the person who cares me the most,
You are always there for me,
When life gives me lemons,
You made lemonade for me.
All these little things you did,
Which I don’t usually celebrate,
Please know that in my heart,
I will forever appreciate.
There are not enough flowers,
To bring myself to tell you this,
So here is a poem from me,
As a token of tribute in ink.
