Treasury Old Book
#WritcoPoemPrompt16
The pages of my old book,
Hold my memories of yesterday;
Every smile, every tear,
Every person who came my way,
Has got a role in my story to play.
Today, I flip to take a second look,
Of what I am, what I was,
And maybe, what I will be.
If this life worth more than to live,
Then the treasure I keep to give,
Is penned on every leaflet,
Every page, found in this book.
