in a hustling world
where people are scurrying
towards the life
-short and tempting
which amazes me as to
how can people be so uncaring
towards the small kid
begging on the streets
or the poor lady selling her bangles just so she could fill her family's bellies
and unaware has all what we've become
regarding the concept that we were supposed to be one
so many noises and yet they're not heard
the ones who cry every night
just because they weren't hollered
and maybe we'll learn someday
when the fate of ours wouldn't be so fair.
